Each month, Shineforth recognizes one of our employees as the Unwavering Champion of the Month. This award celebrates the Shineforth mission and how our employees bring that mission to life. Our mission: Shineforth is an unwavering champion for high-risk children and families, collaborating with communities to help them reach their full potential.
Our Unwavering Champion for March is Nancy Campos, Evaluation Specialist with the Shineforth Strategy & Innovation team. As an Evaluation Specialist, Nancy is tasked with building and organizing agency outcomes in technical and visual ways. Her role is key in supporting social impact metrics, data visualization and research and development.
“Nancy is a continuous learner with many skills,” said Lindsey Layne, Director of Strategy & Innovation. “And in the past year she’s really shown her chops.”
Nancy demonstrates a strong work ethic, can-do attitude and passion for the work that Shineforth does, and she’s always willing to jump in where needed. In addition to her Program Evaluation role, Nancy designed the new campus sign near the main entrance, as well as the billboard overlooking I-195.
Nancy’s passion for the work that Shineforth does unleashes her greatness. She strives to be a part of creating an impact for both our agency and the larger community.

“Through positivity and a team approach, Nancy has built trusting relationships with peers and outside vendors,” Lindsey said.
Nancy relentlessly pursues solutions by seeking new and innovative ways to address challenges and has taken on many of the marketing tasks that support program and organizational needs.
“She has made major contributions to agency initiatives,” Lindsey said.
