Comprehensive Case Coordination is a type of stabilization service provided to a family who requires assistance with linking the services needed to stabilize the family, ensuring the safety, permanency, and well-being of the child. This service is provided to families with children birth to age 21. Comprehensive Case Coordination includes assessments; regular contact to include face-to-face, telephone, email, etc.; behavior management; collaboration with other service providers; treatment planning; and/or counseling.
