Intensive Care Coordinator

UMFS is a growing organization and is seeking full time Intensive Care Coordinators in Tidewater area.
Provide intensive care coordination services to youth during and after their stay at Leland House.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Master’s degree in social work preferred, or bachelor’s degree in social work or related mental health field with 2-3 years experience in children’s mental health; prefer experience in wraparound planning and crisis stabilization.

Exposure to conflict and/or hostile situations. Regular travel including transportation of clients in agency or personal vehicles is required.
